I heard home remedies are the best for a headache. What are those?
Hi @surojita_majumdar. Do you mean headaches or migraines? Here's something that explains the difference- https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5scMK-MvS5EOften, a simple aspirin takes care of headaches, and home remedies like peppermint oil and lavender oil takes care of headaches. Migraines are terrible and are aggravated by foods containing caffeine and alcohol. Hope you feel better.
Green tea,Sleep, giving your eyes a rest for some time, walkeating something nice and happy
Home remedy would be a head massage with coconut oil.
Try ginger tea. Ginger has medicinal values and helps a lot in headache.
Keep yourself hydrated as dehydration can be one of the top causes for a headache. You should have many fluids like water and fresh fruit juices, and avoid caffeinated drinks like tea and coffee, which dehydratea the bod. Hope this helps...
Hey @surojita_majumdar first make sure that you are having normal headaches and not migraines. Because normal remedies won't work on migraines. For normal headaches just keep yourself hydrated, take some rest - if possible sleep for some time. Always avoid taking any kind of medicine. You can use balms, Patanjali has a very good balm but again don't always depend on it.
There are a lot of ways to overcome headache. Relax, tea, music etc. But more people are now trying to use cbd as a method of treatment. It is not that dangerous as you may think. Here is more info on CBD for pain relief.
There are lots of way of treating it, but you have to figure out why is this happening. And when you get to know what causing it, you'll be able to find a treatment. Also, you can check for www.dr-forskolin.com i guess as they seemed like always having something for your problem.
