I hope you don't mind me being a budinsky but this is one thing I'm very familiar with. In Highshool I was a 4 time state qualifyer and sure couldn't have done that without using the gym. In my 1st year I weighed only 95lbs. Skinny as all get out, but through hard work at gaining strenth to use in my battles, The gym was the best way we had. 4 years later at 155lbs, I was chizzeld and healthy using it. Go for it. You certainly won't get any skinnyer and who knows, after a short time at it, some pounds may
