The key is to follow a proper diet throughout the day..
1. Drink lukewarm water first thing in the morning
2. Never skip breakfast
3. Eat fruits (Banana and apples) around 11am
4. Have good lunch around 1PM
5. Eat a little / snacks in the evening
6. Have a good dinner (Donot overeat during the night)
7. Drink a warm glass of milk before going to bed
