I have got specs when child. I remember it was > 5. They say we can not say but I can tell 100% it works. The sight improved and it came down to around 1.x. My parents used to give these a lot as everybody suggested these in those days (1980s).
Carrots - they help for sure (remove the peel). (used to drink juice)
Green leafy vegetables - they will help (can grow them at home)
plus any more natural food which has more A vitamin
